Our Centre-Based Program, offered at both Green Valley and Picton, operates Monday to Friday and focuses on enhancing participants' life skills and recreational abilities to promote greater community integration and independence.
With a team of expert support staff and a dynamic 10-week cycle of activities, we offer a variety of engaging sessions such as cooking classes, arts and crafts, fine motor skills development, communication training, and fitness fun.
Each activity is designed to cultivate essential living and social skills while fostering friendships and personal growth, which are central to everything we do.
We provide complimentary transportation to and from our Day Program centres, with pick-up times between 9 - 10am and drop-off between 3 - 4pm, as well as nutritious morning tea and lunch, tailored to individual dietary needs.
Participation in our program is free of extra costs, ensuring accessibility for everyone.
Our Centre Managers are dedicated to creating a well-rounded and engaging schedule that blends community outings with skill-based learning opportunities.
