Liverpool and Fairfield Communities

The Mandala Social Support Program provides recreational social support activities for people with a moderate to severe Intellectual Disability. The Mandala Program is open to people ages 18 to 64 years who live in the Liverpool or Fairfield communities. This service includes Weekday activities on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week, together with Friday evening, Saturday evening once a fortnight.

Cost

100 0569The Mandala Program charges a $5 daily attendance fee per person, fees are paid daily or weekly.

Transport

Mandala Program provides transport to and from the program.

Hours of Operation

The Coordinator is available Tuesdays each week. The program operates Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays each week together with Friday evening, Saturday evening once a fortnight.
