Sean Langshaw


Chief Executive Officer
Sean Langshaw BAppSocSc(Mgt) CLO JP

Sean has been a part of Disability South West since 1998 and has moved from being a Disability Advocacy officer to CEO, a role which he has been active in since 2001. Sean has worked in the Disability sector since 1992 when he was 14 years old as a volunteer on a peer support program. Sean has a diploma in Management, Cert IV in TAE, Disability Work, Community Services and a Batchelor of Applied Social Science (Management). Sean volunteers as a Scout Leader, a Justice of the Peace and sits on several Boards of Management.

Administration Coordinator
Michelle Cave

Michele has been a team member of Disability South West for over 7 years having been a Disability Support Worker, she was appointed to the role of Administration Coordinator.

President (Mr. Kenneth Bury)
Ken has been a long term Carer for his son Ricky who has a disability, and has extensive knowledge of people management and management structures. Ken has been a member of the Board since 2002. Ken has been in the role as President of the Board since the organisation merged in 2007 and has a personal knowledge of the clients and services provided by the organisation. In 2008 Ken was awarded the 'Joan Harrison Medal' by the organisation for outstanding and long service to Disability South West Limited.

Treasurer (Mr. Branko Boskoski)
Branko has been a member of the Board of Disability South West since 2002 and has held the positions of President, Secretary and from 2013 is the Vice-President. Having a physical disability, Branko is committed and experienced in dealing with accessible communities having also worked as a disability advocate and his involvement with the Liverpool Access Committee and Transport taskforce. In 2014 Branko was awarded the 'Joan Harrison Medal' for outstanding service to Disability South West.  In June 2015 Branko changed roles from Vice President to Treasurer after the sudden death of long time DSW Ltd Treasurer Jim Greenall.

Vice-President (Ms. Janet Alcock)
Janet was elected to the Board of Directors in 2013, and is a carer for her daughter Kelly who attends Disability South West programs. Janet brings a wealth of knowledge and experiences to the board. Janet was appointed Vice-President of the Board in December 2015.

Company Secretary (Mrs. Wendy Yule)
Wendy has been a member of the board since 2008 and as a Carer of her husband Scott who has an acquired brain injury and attends Disability South West Brain Injury Social Support program.

Board Director (Mrs. Diane Daly)

Diane was appointed to the Board in 2015 to fill the vacancy left by the Late Jim Greenall. Diane is a carer of her son Glen and has worked in the Disability Field in Schools in the past. She is a Crunulla Sharks fan and lives in Prestons NSW.
